International Women's Day has come and gone, and while celebrations are wonderful, I believe in something more lasting. Something that is in your control, you can hold onto, something that's entirely yours. 

Forget waiting for external changes; let's talk about building your own internal power. It's about investing in you, in your career, and in your future.

In the past nearly two decades, I have been through lots of changes, both professionally and in my private life. I know very well the relentless pressure to deliver, and the constant need to adapt to new circumstances. 

More importantly, I have watched brilliant people struggle to find their footing, to make their voices heard. And lots of those inequalities we hear on IWD come from what I experienced myself - that need to prove myself, to stay relevant.

As an IMD-trained executive coach, I have helped colleagues and clients unlock that power within themselves.

And now, I want to extend that invitation to you. I have partnered with the incredibly talented Alina Ignatieva, whose skills perfectly complement mine. Together, we have created an online group coaching program, "The Bootcamp", launching mid-April. It's designed to give you the tools and support you need to take control of your career journey.
