Sapevi che le storie hanno dei superpoteri?
Did you know stories have superpowers?
I was absolutely floored to discover I'm ranked #11 on Favikon's list of Swiss creators in Management & Leadership on LinkedIn! 🤯 To be recognized alongside such incredible thought leaders is an honor.
When I first started sharing my experiences with managing change and innovation, I admit, I had my doubts. The sheer volume of posts on my LinkedIn feed is overwhelming, and sometimes it feels like everyone's saying the same thing (bless ChatGPT).
Finding a way to stand out and connect with people authentically felt like a real challenge.
But I kept showing up, sharing my stories, and focusing on real-life examples. I talked about the importance of communication and collaboration in navigating change, drawing from my own experiences and observations.
And quite some amazing stuff happened.
↳ almost all my 𝗲𝘅𝗲𝗰𝘂𝘁𝗶𝘃𝗲 𝗰𝗼𝗮𝗰𝗵𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗰𝗹𝗶𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀 found me through LinkedIn, which gives me the possibility to also work as an executive coach
↳ I am 𝗹𝗲𝗮𝗱𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝘁𝗿𝗮𝗶𝗻𝗶𝗻𝗴𝘀 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝘀𝗽𝗲𝗮𝗸 𝗮𝘁 𝗲𝘃𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀 on the topics I'm passionate about.
↳ And the fun part? 𝗜 𝗵𝗮𝘃𝗲 𝗰𝗼𝗻𝗻𝗲𝗰𝘁𝗲𝗱 𝘄𝗶𝘁𝗵 𝗰𝗼𝗹𝗹𝗲𝗮𝗴𝘂𝗲𝘀 at EY who are working on similar projects – people I might never have met otherwise internally.
What I learned is the power of vulnerability and authenticity. Sharing my own struggles and how I overcame them resonated with people far more than I ever imagined.
So, thank you for reading, engaging, and being a part of this journey!
