Non ho mai pensato che sarei stato qui.

I never thought I'd be standing here.

That's what I told myself when I saw my name at #3 on Favikon's LinkedIn Switzerland list for Management & Leadership.

Honestly, 18 months ago, I was just another person with ideas swimming in my head but no real platform to share them.

I started building my LinkedIn presence not for rankings, but for something much simpler: to create a space for real conversations about change, leadership, and AI's role on our profession. From a personal angle, with 20 years of career behind me.

What happened next surprised me. Great opportunities started appearing:

⇉ Magazine features on change and leadership

⇉ Got to know a number of like minded colleagues from EY

⇉ Podcast invites to share insights on AI, coaching and change 

⇉ Speaking opportunities at conferences found their way to my inbox

⇉ Awesome coaching clients and companies discovered my work and reached out 

Still, I think the best part is what nobody tells you: The real change happens inside you.

When you share your thoughts with thousands of professionals, you become more thoughtful. Every post makes you ask yourself:

↳ Do I really believe this? 

↳ Have I actually lived it? 

↳ Is this worth sharing?

This self-reflection has made me a better coach and leader.

This ranking is humbling, especially looking at the others on the list. 

But rankings change all the time. What does't change is this: when you show up authentically, people respond. They engage, they challenge your thinking, and they help you grow.

So big thanks to all of you who read, watch and engage. And to those who do not engage yet, but mention a good story of mine every time we meet 🙏
