During last year, I felt the power of "and."

I recently created my LinkedIn Wrap of 2024, and it gave me the 10 most important lessons from my 110 posts last year.

Change was a big theme – no surprises there!

My favorite takeaways?

The only constant is change. And it brings growth.

So much of what I thought would define my 2024 turned out differently, from my work responsibilities to my personal development plans.

I have led diverse teams in Europe and India through change and innovation at EY. I am also becoming a certified executive coach through IMD.

Breaking norms is tough. And it's often the path to fulfillment.

I started executive coaching alongside my corporate role, and it's blossoming into something much bigger.

I am so grateful to have the opportunity to use flextime at EY and set up my own firm, The Change Republic, to help leaders manage change through executive coaching, personal branding, and more.

Success is built on relationships. And less on the individual effort.

Whether it was connecting with new executive coaching clients, launching the #OpenDoorInnovation community, or finding my tribe here on LinkedIn and in-person, those connections made all the difference.

While it's good to have a plan, I also learned that staying flexible is key.

2025, can't wait to see what you have in store for me.
