I Built My Own AI Coach App With No Code, No Engineer

1. Juli 2026

I vibe coded my new AI coach while walking my dog. He has no idea what he started. 🦊

Phone in one hand. Leash in the other.

→ I want a new look on my AI coach, I said to Klaus, my AI chief of staff, who lives in Claude Code. He built a mega prompt. Pages long.
→ I dropped it in Replit, which is a no-code app creator.
→ Replit asked me a few questions in understandable, plain English, and I answered.

Three dog walks later, we were done.

You tell me two years ago that I would be coding and building, and I would have laughed. I am a coach and consultant, not an engineer.

And yet here I am, doing exactly what I keep telling leaders: the future is not AI replacing experts. It is experts amplifying what only they can do.

So I rebuilt Coach Tünde ai (try it yourself: https://coach-tundeai-app.replit.app/):
→ Sharper questions, closer to how I actually coach and advise
→ More free questions before any paywall
→ A look that finally feels like mine

Still trained on my frameworks and twenty years of leading change. Not ChatGPT in a yellow wrapper.

Built for the moments between sessions. And for the people I have not met yet.

If you could ask a coach one real question right now, what would it be?

Want to think through what AI means for your own work, and where you amplify instead of hand over? My Private AI Advisory is built for exactly that.

What this means for using AI as an expert

I am not a developer. Two years ago I would have told you that building software was someone else's job. What changed is not my skill set. It is the tools. AI took the technical wall down and left me with the part I am actually good at, which is knowing how I coach and what a good question sounds like.

This is the shift I keep pointing leaders towards. The people who win with AI are not the ones who hand everything over. They are the ones who stay close to their craft and let the machine carry the rest. I know what twenty years of coaching sounds like. The tool does not. So I described it, in plain words, and the tool built around it.

That is the difference between a real tool and a gimmick. Coach Tünde ai is trained on my frameworks and my way of working, not a generic chatbot in a yellow wrapper. It asks sharper questions. It sounds like me. It holds the space between sessions, for the people I have not met yet.

When you build your own version of a tool like this, something shifts in how you think about AI. It stops being a threat and starts being an extension of your own judgement. I wrote more about that in what changes when you build your own AI perspective.

If you want to see the actual tools behind this, I have a free AI Tools and Tips Guide that walks through what I use to run my business and the simple workflows behind each one. Leave your email here and I will send it over: https://www.thechangerepublic.com/free-resources
