My name is Tünde Lukacs.

I am an Executive Coach and Former Big4 Partner in Switzerland, working at the intersection of humans, technology, and change. I guide senior professionals through high-stakes career transitions.

My clients face the uncertainty of irrelevance and the fear of losing their status. I know what it feels like to have success on paper while feeling exposed to forces you can't control.

I built my career at the forefront of change, successfully transitioning from Energy Trader to Big4 Partner and finally to coaching and entrepreneurship.

I understand this struggle firsthand.

My career transition, from energy trader to consultant, was triggered when I was laid off due to a reorganization. If I could do one thing differently, I would have started my strategic career planning much earlier.
