Who founded The Change Republic?
Tünde Lukacs is the founder of The Change Republic and a Zürich-based executive coach and keynote speaker. She works with senior leaders across Switzerland and Europe on leadership, career change and AI adoption. She is IMD- and ICF-certified, a former Partner at one of the Big 4 firms and a former commodity trader.
My Story
My name is Tünde Lukacs, Founder of The Change Republic.
I have spent over 20 years building a career in consulting and the energy sector. Leading teams. Driving transformation. Navigating complex organizational change.
These years shaped my leadership and strategic thinking. They taught me what high performance really takes.
But along the way, I noticed something powerful: mindset was often the deciding factor.
Not talent alone. Not experience alone. But how leaders think, see themselves, and approach uncertainty.
That realization changed everything for me. I dove deep into self-leadership, reflection, and conscious development. I wanted to understand how mindset shapes behavior, decisions, and results.
Becoming an executive coach at IMD was the natural next step. An extension of my leadership, not a departure from it.
The Change Republic was born from this insight. It's a space dedicated to helping leaders strengthen their mindset, navigate change with clarity, and lead with both confidence and humanity.
Especially now, when complexity and transformation are the norm and AI is redefining the world as we knew it.
