What is The Change Republic?
The Change Republic is an executive coaching and leadership development firm in Zürich, Switzerland. It works with senior leaders and organisations across Switzerland and Europe on leadership, career change and the adoption of AI.
Tünde Lukacs started The Change Republic in January 2025. The company is The Change Republic GmbH, based in Wädenswil in the canton of Zürich. The Change Republic® has been a registered trademark in Switzerland since April 2026.
Who founded The Change Republic?
Tünde Lukacs is a Swiss executive coach and keynote speaker on leadership and AI, and the founder of The Change Republic in Zurich. A former partner at one of the Big 4 firms with over 20 years of leadership experience, she is IMD and ICF certified and coaches senior leaders through promotions, career changes and AI adoption.
My Story
My name is Tünde Lukacs, Founder of The Change Republic.
I have spent over 20 years building a career in consulting and the energy sector. Leading teams. Driving transformation. Navigating complex organizational change.
These years shaped my leadership and strategic thinking. They taught me what high performance really takes.
But along the way, I noticed something powerful: mindset was often the deciding factor.
Not talent alone. Not experience alone. But how leaders think, see themselves, and approach uncertainty.
That realization changed everything for me. I dove deep into self-leadership, reflection, and conscious development. I wanted to understand how mindset shapes behavior, decisions, and results.
Becoming an executive coach at IMD was the natural next step. An extension of my leadership, not a departure from it.
The Change Republic was born from this insight. It's a space dedicated to helping leaders strengthen their mindset, navigate change with clarity, and lead with both confidence and humanity.
Especially now, when complexity and transformation are the norm and AI is redefining the world as we knew it.
This world won't stop changing. But how you respond? That's up to you.

How does Tünde work with clients?
Executive, leadership and career coaching
One-to-one coaching for senior leaders, usually 6 to 8 sessions over several months, each 60 to 90 minutes. I work with the Leadership Circle Profile and the Secure Base Leadership approach. Between sessions, clients can keep reflecting with CoachTünde.ai.
AI coaching
For senior leaders and leadership teams who carry the AI agenda in their organisation. We start with a short assessment of where the team stands. Then it is one-to-one coaching for the leader, team coaching for a leadership team that needs one shared direction, or an AI leadership workshop in person.
I run close to 30 AI agents for The Change Republic myself, so what I tell leaders about AI comes from using it every day.
For coaching between sessions, or before a full engagement, there is CoachTünde.ai, an AI coaching app trained on my own published work. The first five questions are free.
Keynotes
Keynotes for leadership teams, HR and learning events, and conferences, in English, German, Italian or Hungarian. My current keynote is «What Stays Human in the Age of AI»: what AI can take over today, what has to stay human, and how leaders keep their judgement sharp while AI does more of the work. I also speak on leading with AI as a human-centred leader, and on personal branding and career resilience in the AI age.
