Who is behind the AI coach CoachTünde.ai?
I am Tünde Lukacs. I coach senior leaders on change, AI at work, and career transitions.
Twenty years in energy, professional services, and transformation, including a partner role at one of the Big 4 firms. ICF ACC certified, IMD-certified executive coach, Leadership Circle Practitioner.
I built CoachTünde.ai because the demand for coaching has outgrown what one human coach can deliver. This is my way of staying useful to people I have not met yet, and of giving my existing clients something to reach for between sessions.
It does not replace working with me directly. It is not trying to.
How does the AI Coach handle my data?
CoachTünde.ai runs on enterprise infrastructure that meets the data standards you would expect from any serious software.
→ SOC 2 Type II certified (via Chatbase, the platform powering the coach)
→ GDPR compliant (via Chatbase). Your data is processed lawfully and you have full rights of access and deletion.
→ The AI model itself is Anthropic Claude, with enterprise data policies that do not train on your conversations by default.
→ I follow ICF coaching ethics, including the emerging ICF guidelines for the use of AI in coaching.
→ I review some conversations to make the coach better. If you would prefer not to be reviewed, tell me in your first message and I will exclude you.
→ You can ask me to delete everything you have written at any time by replying to the welcome email.
