My friend Dr. Gitanjali Ponnappa and I kept hearing the exact same problems from corporate innovators in different companies. We thought, what if people could just 𝘵𝘢𝘭𝘬 to each other, bottom-up, no fancy rules?

That simple thought sparked #OpenDoorInnovation. We wanted a place where corporate innovators could just share what they know and learn from others. We started online, keeping things really, really simple – low effort!

Our website is still pretty ugly basic, actually. 🤭

Soon enough, wonderful people started finding us and joining in, like Andreea Stanescu and her transformation folks. That's when we thought, maybe we should meet in person? 

Now, we're getting ready for our third meeting in Zürich! And this time, Stefan F. Dieffenbacher is joining us to speak.
