Puoi aiutare qualcuno ad aprire una porta?
Can you help open a door for someone?
A few weeks ago, I was invited to a panel discussion at Capacity, a non-profit that helps people with migration background find jobs in Switzerland. The room was full of energy, but I also sensed a hint of frustration.
It got me thinking. The Swiss job market is tough for everyone, but it's especially hard for those who are new to the country.
Even with impressive resumes, it can feel like an uphill battle. Without a strong network, it's a real struggle.
How can we create a more level playing field?
This experience resonated with me on a personal level. I remember the challenges I faced when I moved to Switzerland.
It made me appreciate the incredible strength and determination of the people I met at Capacity. Today, I want to introduce you to 3 of them.
(Only 3, because this post is already too long.)
They are highly skilled professionals with lots of experience, ready to contribute their talents to the Swiss workforce:
↳ Vasilisa Pozhivilova: a quality specialist with international expertise, combines extensive experience and passion because top quality is her true calling.
↳ Shrey Dwivedi: A consultant specializing in change management, strategy, and business intelligence. Shrey has excellent PMO skills.
↳ Bhagyashree Vilas Pai : She has 10+ years experience in Corporate Governance and Risk Management at top firms like Disney, Mondelez, and Deloitte. Bhagy is also a chartered accountant.
If you are looking for their profiles, or you know someone who does, I encourage you to connect with them.
Let's make it easier for everyone to find a job, no matter where they come from.
