Your great work needs your voice, to be truly seen.

I am really happy to speak in Zug on April 10th at the wonderful community of Women In Digital Switzerland. We will chat about how we can lead with confidence using our personal brand, even when things feel unpredictable.

Change and I have had an interesting relationship – sometimes I invited it, but mostly, it just showed up. 

It honestly took me a while to figure out who I was and what was important to me through all those shifts. Turning my experiences – the good, the tricky, and the surprising – into a way to connect with people and find opportunities definitely did not happen overnight.

It was not always easy to put myself out there. For a long time, sharing felt scary because of these well-known thoughts:

→ "𝘐 𝘥𝘰𝘯'𝘵 𝘸𝘢𝘯𝘵 𝘵𝘰 𝘴𝘰𝘶𝘯𝘥 𝘭𝘪𝘬𝘦 𝘐'𝘮 𝘣𝘳𝘢𝘨𝘨𝘪𝘯𝘨. 𝘞𝘩𝘢𝘵 𝘸𝘪𝘭𝘭 𝘱𝘦𝘰𝘱𝘭𝘦 𝘴𝘢𝘺?"

→ "𝘔𝘺 𝘸𝘰𝘳𝘬 𝘴𝘩𝘰𝘶𝘭𝘥 𝘫𝘶𝘴𝘵 𝘴𝘱𝘦𝘢𝘬 𝘧𝘰𝘳 𝘪𝘵𝘴𝘦𝘭𝘧, 𝘳𝘪𝘨𝘩𝘵?"

→ "𝘞𝘩𝘢𝘵 𝘪𝘧 𝘐 𝘮𝘦𝘴𝘴 𝘶𝘱 𝘪𝘯 𝘱𝘶𝘣𝘭𝘪𝘤?"

At the event in Zug, we will dig into these worries. Because building your brand

→ isn't about showing off; it’s about sharing things you've learned that might actually help someone else. Serving, not bragging.

→ And yes, good work matters, but telling the story behind it helps people really get it and remember your value. 

→ Plus, people connect with realness – mistakes included – way more than they connect with sterile words.

Accepting my whole story, bumps and all, and learning to share it honestly didn't just create a "brand." It really helped me feel more confident and stronger when facing whatever change came next.
