My 12-year-old caught me off guard, so I tried explaining executive coaching.

Not so easy. Rolling eyes.

So I said: "I help grown-ups figure out which mountain they want to climb."

"Oh, like a hiking guide for adults?" (Swiss kid, for sure.)

Exactly.

This is how "A Child's First Book on Executive Coaching" born - a small e-book with hikers in pretty Swiss mountains or mirroring your face in a crystal clear lake in the Alps. And a small girl, in a signature yellow jacket with an animal brooch. 

Turns out the best way to understand what we do is to explain it to a kid.

I asked him what he thought of my book.

His review? "Corny. Old fashioned." 😀

His suggestion? "Next one should be Gen Z."

Challenge accepted. 😅
