Hi, I would like to (re)introduce myself and my content, as I added quite a few new followers over the past few months, and because it's my birthday 🎂.

I am Tünde, and this is my story. Well, a part of it.

As a Partner at EY, I live and breathe change every day. 

But my journey started in a small town in the 90s in Hungary. It was difficult times, the Berlin wall just fell when I started school.

I learned that hard work and good grades were my only chance to step up. 

And so I did, all the way up in great schools.

I changed a lot: countries, markets, jobs, work projects. 

I also discovered that I needed more than just technical know-how to succeed – I needed to build inner strength, a powerful personal brand, and master the art of leading through change. 

I spent the past nearly 20 years in the crazy and awesome energy and consulting industries. 

In this time, I also have seen countless people with similar stories to mine: the constant pressure to prove myself, the need to adapt and reinvent, the quest for inner strength. 

That's why, after a fairly long time of contemplating, some weeks ago, finally this happened: I founded The Change Republic with the mission to democratize access to career advancement and personal growth through executive coaching, personal branding, speaking, and executive learning.
