A few months ago, Dr. Gitanjali Ponnappa and I started #OpenDoorInnovation, a virtual community connecting job seekers in innovation with experienced corporate innovators. 

It's been amazing to see this community grow online, with people from all over the world ready to share insights, advice, and encouragement.  But something was missing...  

You see, landing a job in innovation can be tough. It often feels like a closed-door world, where you need the right connections and insider knowledge to even get your foot in the door.  Job hunting in this space can be a tough one. 

That's why we launched #OpenDoorInnovation in the first place – to break down those barriers and create a space where everyone feels supported.  A community where job seekers can get direct access to industry experts, learn about the latest trends, and build relationships that can open doors to new opportunities.  

And now, thanks to the enthusiasm of our Zurich members (a special shout-out to Andreea!), we're taking #OpenDoorInnovation offline!
