What I wish I knew before I started my learning journey. 

This week, I amtrading my usual desk for the classrooms of IMD. It's a few days carved out for deep learning, letting myself be shaped by the kind of transformative experience IMD is known for.

It's tough. You know what I mean if you have been trying to study while working. You don't want to take away too much time from your job or considered to be distracted from your work goals. 

Also, you are wondering, will this course really make a difference, beyond just a line on the CV? You are asking, will it open doors, shift my mindset, lead to the opportunities I have been aiming for?

It does it all, if you are ready for this. I saw the direct impact of what I learned. Those "difficult talks," I now call them courageous conversations, especially when giving feedback. I am navigating those moments with a confidence I didn't have before. It's just one of the many hands-on examples.

I have got a lot of professional years ahead of me, and I know things are going to keep changing fast. Like we have never experienced within a generation in history. 

I don't want to just blame the world; I want to grow with it.

And there's more. The real bonus? Connecting with people who get it. Like-minded professionals who might become collaborators, or just supportive friends.
