Sometimes, the best connections are the ones you least expect.

Mountains vs. metropolises. Spreadsheets vs. self-discovery. Me, driving transformation and innovation at EY in Switzerland, and Lakshmi Ramachandran, PhD, a well-known leadership coach and speaker in Singapore. 

You would think we have nothing in common, right?

Yet, we found each other in an online writing class and discovered a surprising connection.

We're both moms juggling careers and family, always eager to learn and grow. 

We've faced the challenges of adapting to new places, and we've come out stronger for it.

Lakshmi's story is especially inspiring. She went from being a scientist studying cell and molecular biology to helping people become better leaders. Her science background gives her a unique way of understanding leadership and helping people overcome self-doubt.
