The only constant? Change.  

It's the unexpected detour, the pivot, the leap. I've learned that true growth isn't about avoiding change, but about navigating it – dealing with the unknown and finding the opportunities within. 

On May 6th, I'm excited to speak at EY Zürich's Professional Women's event, sharing my perspective on converting uncertainty into impactful success.

This is the first part of a "Let's talk" miniseries on Future-Ready Leadership with the wonderful @Dana Rollinger following in June.

In times of change, clarity is key.  We'll explore practical applications of my C-H-A-N-G-E framework, focusing on how to 'Harness Fear' (H) and build a strong 'Network' (N) to maintain momentum.
