I used to think innovation was only for certain people. I was wrong 🤔

Research suggests that women bring unique views and a more collaborative leadership style to the table. Just what you need for successful innovation.  

At EY, we have a great group of women, who just slay it. I am so glad to be joining them at the Festival of Innovation on November 26th pm!

In my jobs, I have often had feelings of self-doubt, questioning if I really can do it.  

Talking to my teammates and the people I have mentored and coached, helped me realize a LOT of women feel this way. 

Especially in the world of innovation.  It can seem like a scary and confusing place!

If so many women feel unsure of themselves, how can we help them see that they DO belong in innovation? 

Annika Gatzemeier and I will be at the Festival of Innovation to share some really 🔥 stories about how we use design thinking to come up with amazing new ideas at EY! 

We'll also talk about how you can become an innovator in your own career, just by sharing what you already know. (Seriously, so many of you are already experts, you just need to tell people about it!)
