AI is only as powerful as the people who embrace it.
I spent a day running an AI workshop with a leadership team in Hamburg, and the energy in that room reminded me why this work matters.
The real story is never the tools. It is the people. Whether they feel safe to try, to ask, to say what they do not yet understand. That is what decides if anything actually changes once the workshop ends.

The tools are not the story. The people are.
It is tempting to measure an AI rollout by the tools deployed and the training delivered. Those are easy to count. They are also the least predictive part of whether anything changes.
What changes a team is whether the people in it feel safe enough to be beginners. A room where it is normal to say I do not understand this yet will out-adopt a room full of licences and quiet anxiety every time. Building high-trust teams in times of change is the work underneath any successful rollout.
A good workshop does not end with a tool. It ends with a team that trusts itself enough to keep learning once the facilitator has gone home. That is the part you cannot buy.
