After almost 12 years, I'm saying goodbye to EY.

Change is essential for growth. And this moment feels like my opportunity to lean into that.

Looking back, I'm grateful for an great journey: from exciting roles here in Switzerland to inspiring experiences across the international EY network. What made it truly special were the people and that spirit of collaboration where we built things nobody had built before us.

My next chapter of growth calls me beyond EY.

I'm continuing the work I started with my clients at The Change Republic and building it further to take it to a new level - working with both individuals and organizations across Switzerland and beyond.

Our mission is simple: help people grow their careers and help companies build leaders who lift their teams up in this crazy and new AI-driven world.

And I am so excited for every new opportunity that comes along my way.
