The Change Republic was founded by Tünde Lukacs. She spent over 20 years in energy, professional services and transformation, including as a Partner at one of the Big 4 firms. She is an IMD- and ICF-certified executive coach, a Leadership Circle Practitioner and a TEDx and keynote speaker, and she works in English, German, Italian and Hungarian.
We work with leaders navigating professional change, HR and learning leaders, and business leaders committed to future-proofing their teams and leadership impact.
