You don’t need a crisis to need change.

You don’t need a crisis to need change.

Every week at least to 1–2 new people message me on LinkedIn or wait for me after events where I speak, to tell me that they have hit a wall in their career.

Smart, driven leaders navigating big change — in their role, company, or life. Mid to senior level. Often in transition. Often feeling stuck. Many of them women, but surprisingly, not all of them.

What I mostly hear:

→ I've been doing X job for a while, but I am not sure what I want anymore
→ I just got promoted, but I am not sure I am good enough for what’s next
→ I do so much at work and I still feel invisible, what do I miss?

What I often find myself saying is this: 𝗬𝗼𝘂 𝗮𝗿𝗲 𝗻𝗼𝘁 𝗱𝗼𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗮𝗻𝘆𝘁𝗵𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝘄𝗿𝗼𝗻𝗴. 𝗬𝗼𝘂 𝗮𝗿𝗲 𝗮𝗯𝗼𝘂𝘁 𝘁𝗼 𝘀𝘁𝗲𝗽 𝗼𝗻 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗽𝗮𝘁𝗵 𝗼𝗳 𝗴𝗿𝗼𝘄𝘁𝗵.

𝗬𝗼𝘂 𝗵𝗮𝘃𝗲 𝗮𝗰𝗵𝗶𝗲𝘃𝗲𝗱 𝘀𝗼 𝗺𝘂𝗰𝗵

📌 You have adapted to change while keeping yourself and your teams grounded.
📌 You have delivered results and made bold decisions and consider it as "business as usual".
📌 You’ve led through uncertainty more times than you give yourself credit for.

It’s easy to lose sight of that when the future feels uncertain.

But what’s blurry today can become your clearest path forward — with the right reflection, support, and space to think.

That’s where I come in. As an executive coach, I walk with people through these exact moments.

You don’t need to have it all figured out. You just need to be willing to begin.

I'm here — are you ready? Complimentary 60-min executive coaching link 👇 (waitlist).
