What I wish I knew before I started: building my personal brand in times of change.

What I wish I knew before I started: building my personal brand in times of change.

Yesterday I had the absolute pleasure of speaking in Zug at the sold-out Women In Digital Switzerland event. Thankfully, we found some spare chairs and maxed out the vibes

It struck me again how this vital skill – shaping and sharing who we are professionally – isn't something we typically learn in a classroom or a corporate training session.

We might know it's important, like a background hum in our minds, but then  little voices creep in. "What will people think?" "I don't want to sound like I'm showing off." Sound familiar? I know those whispers all too well from my own journey.

That's precisely why our time together in Zug was all about getting practical. We rolled up our sleeves for a good old workshop:

→ to tackle those fears that hold us back from truly showing up and speaking our minds, and living our personal brand authentically
→ to ceate the building blocks of our individual brands using a simple framework
→ to unlock the magic of storytelling – what grabs a reader's attention and a template that works whether you're giving a presentation, a speech, or crafting a LinkedIn post, even playing with AI to speed things up

Being in that room with the Women in Digital Switzerland community was truly heartwarming. Seeing so many familiar faces and connecting with new, inspiring individuals filled my heart. Thank you for such a wonderful experience!

What's holding you back?
