How does it feel when Gen Z is roasting you?

How does it feel when Gen Z is roasting you?

A few weeks ago, I created "A Child's First Book on Executive Coaching" - a fun way to explain what coaches actually do.

My 12-year-old's honest review? "Cringe. Corny. Old fashioned."
His suggestion? "Make it Gen Z."
Challenge accepted.

So me and my custom GPT brain rewrote the entire thing with Gen Z language and energy. Same core message about coaching, completely different vibe link to the book in the comments. Or drop a DM!

His verdict on version 2.0? "Less cringe."

That's my learning.

Whether you're explaining strategy to the C-suite or to frontline teams, the content stays consistent but the container shifts.

Sometimes it takes a brutally honest pre-teen to remind you that meeting people where they are isn't compromising your messageโ€”it's respecting your audience.

Who gives you the most honest feedback in your life?
