Everyone says plan, but I say adapt.

Adapt and you can turn uncertainty into opportunities.

On March 19th, just some days after International Women's Day, I will be in Lausanne, sharing my thoughts on how to navigate uncertainty and turn it into success at the Women in Digital Switzerland event.

You see, change has been a constant companion in my life, sometimes a welcome guest, but more often, an unexpected visitor.

I have been living it. Packing up and moving countries, learning new skills, becoming a working mother, exploring different roles, and trying my hand at building something new like my company.

These aren't just bullet points on a resume.

They are  the chapters of my story. And I know so many others who share this here in Switzerland.

At EY, I drive change projects shaping the way how we work.

And in my executive coaching practice at The Change Republic, I see firsthand how people want to shift their behaviors and patterns.

So, when the wonderful organizers at Women in Digital Switzerland asked me to talk about building a change-ready mindset, I couldn't say no.
