The latest International Coaching Federation report shows managers and executives still make up 56% of coaching clients.

That's great newsโ€”it means coaching delivers results at the leadership level.

But here's what caught my attention: ๐˜๐—ฒ๐—ฎ๐—บ ๐—น๐—ฒ๐—ฎ๐—ฑ๐—ฒ๐—ฟ๐˜€ ๐—ป๐—ผ๐˜„ ๐—ฟ๐—ฒ๐—ฝ๐—ฟ๐—ฒ๐˜€๐—ฒ๐—ป๐˜ ๐Ÿญ๐Ÿญ% ๐—ผ๐—ณ ๐—ฐ๐—ผ๐—ฎ๐—ฐ๐—ต๐—ถ๐—ป๐—ด ๐—ฐ๐—น๐—ถ๐—ฒ๐—ป๐˜๐˜€, and that number is growing.

Why the increase?
